How do I enter and what do I need to send in with my "Submission Package?"
(1) 2 or more photos of you including 1 headshot/close-up and 1 full body/fashion shot.
At least 1 color shot must be included. Snapshots are acceptable, however, the better
the quality of photos you submit, the better your chances are in our "photogenic" category.
(2) A resume of your modeling or other work experience, special skills/achievements, and all
of your contact information including phone #'s, email and your mailing address listed.
(3) A 200 words or less essay finishing our sentence of, "I would make the "perfect" Perfectly
Petite Model of 2009 because......"
(4) A $30.00 Submission and photo processing Entry Fee to enter the contest. Payable to
Perfectly Petite, Inc. by check or money order ONLY. This fee is Non-Refundable.
* Open ONLY to U.S. Residents.
* You MUST ages of 15 - 50.
* You also MUST be the height of 5'7 or under.
* We MUST receive your submission package on or before December 1st, 2009.
* If under 18, a parent/guardian MUST type and sign a letter of acknowledgment/acceptance of their child submitting their package to participate in our 2009 contest.
JUDGING BASED ON THE FOLLOWING:
40% on Photogenic Ability of photos submitted
60% on Creativity and Quality of Essay Written
PLEASE NOTE:
You will receive a letter of confirmation and a receipt within 2 weeks that we have received your submission package and you are now entered into our contest. NO submissions will be accepted unless we receive the $30.00 entry fee and all other requested materials. If you would like a list of our winners, include a self addressed stamped envelope with your entry.
All photos will be kept on file for possible future modeling work you may qualify for, which may lead to our agency representation and a possible modeling contract with Perfectly Petite, Inc.
