How do I enter my child and what do I need to send in with their "Submission Package?"

1. 2 or more photos of your child including 1 headshot/close-up and 1 full body/fashion At least 1 color shot must be included. Snapshots are acceptable, however, the better the quality of photos you submit, the better your childs chances are in our "photogenic".
2. A 200 words or less essay finishing our sentence of, "Why my child would make the Perfectly Petite Kids Model of 2008 because......"
3. A $30.00 Submission and photo processing Entry Fee to enter the contest. Payable Perfectly Petite, Inc. by check or money order ONLY. This fee is Non-Refundable.
4. A signed statement saying you have submited your child and the photos you provided our agency review, model search entry and acceptance of the online web exposure provided all of our winners.

Your child MUST meet ALL of our following criteria to be eligible to enter. NO exceptions!

• Open ONLY to U.S. Residents.
• Your child MUST be between the ages of 3-15 on or before Sept. 1st, 2008, Your child also MUST be the height of 5'7 or under. Open to both girls and boys.
• A parent/guardian MUST type and sign a letter of acknowledgment and acceptance of their child's submission to participate in our 2008 Perfectly Petite Kids Model Search Contest.
• We MUST receive your entire submission package on or before Sept 1st, 2008. Winners will be notified in Sept. of 2008.

JUDGING BASED ON THE FOLLOWING:

40% on Photogenic Ability of photos submitted
60% on Creativity and Quality of Essay Written

PLEASE NOTE:

You will receive a letter of confirmation and a receipt within 2 weeks that we have received your submission package and you are now entered into our contest. NO submissions will be accepted unless we receive the $30.00 entry fee and all other requested materials. If you would like a list of our kid winners, include a self addressed stamped envelope with your entry.

All Kids photos will be kept on file for possible future modeling work with Perfectly Petite, Inc. and could also lead to our agency representation and a Kids modeling contract with Perfectly Petite, Inc.
