Photography - Valued at $700 (has photographed Cindy

photoshoot will include a headshot and 3 "fashion"
looks.) (model will provide their own clothing)

body/fashion shot. At least 1 color shot must be included.
Snapshots are acceptable, however, the better the quality
of photos you submit, the better your chances are in our
"photogenic" category.
A resume of your modeling
or other work experience, special skills/achievements, and
all of your contact information including phone #'s, email
and your mailing address listed.
A 200 words or less essay
finishing our sentence of, "I would make the "perfect"
Perfectly Petite Model of 2005 because......"
A $30.00 Submission and
photo processing Entry Fee to enter the contest. Payable
to Perfectly Petite Inc. by check or money order ONLY. This
fee is Non-Refundable.
Don't miss YOUR chance to be Discovered. Enter TODAY!You
MUST meet ALL of our following criteria to be eligible to
enter. NO exceptions!
• Open ONLY to U.S. Residents.
• You MUST be at least 16 years old on or before March
1st, 2005, and no older than 40. You also MUST be the height
of 5'7 or under.
• If under 18, a parent/guardian MUST type and sign
a letter of acknowledgment and acceptance of the model submitting
their package to participate in our 2005 contest
• We MUST receive your entire submission package on
or before March 1st, 2005.
40% on Photogenic Ability of photos submitted
60% on Creativity and Quality of Essay Written
You will receive a letter of confirmation and a receipt
within 2 weeks that we have received your submission package
and you are now entered into our contest. NO submissions
will be accepted unless we receive the $30.00 entry fee
and all other requested materials. Our model Winner is welcomed
to bring a parent/guardian/friend with them to Minneapolis
If you are chosen as our winner and you are under 18, a
parent/guardian MUST accompany you at all times during your
trip. All winners will be chosen and contacted in March
of 2005, travel arrangements and dates will be discussed
at that time. Transportation is not included and must be
provided by the winner chosen. Model of 2005 chosen winner
will need to travel in April of 2005. If you would like
a list of our winners, include a self addressed stamped
envelope with your entry. All photos will be kept on file
for possible future modeling work you may qualify for, which
may lead to our agency representation and a possibly modeling
contract with Perfectly Petite Inc.
