We hear it all the time, "I should drink more water,"
"I feel so dehydrated, and tired all the time." When your
body is speaking, you better listen up!
Could it be water is missing from your diet? Read on and you'll
find out how water is vital to your daily caloric intake. Remember,
it is recommended to drink at least 6-8oz glasses of water daily.
By preventing dehydration, your muscles need water to perform
the natural movement of contracting during exercise. After weight
loss the skin can sag, water can refresh and keep your skin resilient
and healthy.
As a woman we all suffer from that, especially when we are in
our premenstrual state. Do you get tired of feeling so bloated
all the time? As the body is deprived of water it goes into the
alert stage, and for means of survival, it begins to store water
outside the cells. As soon as your body receives more water, it
will release the stored supply it has been holding unto.
Studies show that people who regularly drink enough water have
less fat, and the body is able to metabolize the use of stored
fat more efficiently. Your liver is not able to function at 100%
capacity if it's also working overtime to keep up with your kidney's,
which also doesn't work at full capacity without enough water.
So if the liver isn't able to keep up, the result is the stop
of weight loss because the liver will not be able to metabolize
enough fat.
